Bruce Braley Opposes Your Gun Rights!

Make no mistake about it, Bruce Braley is anti-gun and is actively seeking to diminish Second Amendment rights in Iowa and throughout the nation. When it comes to your firearms freedoms, Bruce Braley stands with former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and President Barack Obama, not with Iowa. He can't be trusted to stand up to Bloomberg and Obama's extreme gun control agenda and he can't be trusted with your Second Amendment rights. For these reasons and more, Braley has earned an "F" rating from NRA-PVF:

	BRUCE BRALEY is endorsed by "Everytown for Gun Safety," the gun control group funded by billionaire and former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg which seeks to ban all firearms from law-abiding citizens.
	BRUCE BRALEY supports the Obama/Bloomberg so-called "universal" background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms between life-long friends and many family members.
	BRUCE BRALEY opposes the right-to-carry. He voted against the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act, which would ensure that law-abiding Americans with valid concealed handgun permits would be able to carry a concealed handgun in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
	BRUCE BRALEY supports a federal gun database. He voted against preventing ATF from circumventing the will of Congress by centralizing records of thousands of Americans’ long gun purchases.
	BRUCE BRALEY supports the U.N. Gun Ban Treaty. He refused to sign bipartisan letters or cosponsor a resolution opposing any international treaty by the United Nations that would impose restrictions on American gun owners.
	BRUCE BRALEY didn't support holding Eric Holder in contempt. He voted against holding Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on both criminal and civil charges for the flawed and tragic Fast and Furious scandal.
	BRUCE BRALEY supports government blacklists. He Voted for denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.
	BRUCE BRALEY opposes America's hunting heritage. He voted against the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreation Enhancement Act, which would open and protect access to public lands for hunting, allow citizens to carry firearms on Army Corps land and prohibit the EPA from banning traditional hunting ammunition and fishing tackle.
	BRUCE BRALEY did not support the landmark Heller and McDonald cases. He refused to sign the pro-gun congressional “friend of the court” brief in landmark Second Amendment cases, which argued that the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to Keep and Bear Arms and that Washington, D.C. and Chicago's gun bans were unconstitutional.
	BRUCE BRALEY supports Washington D.C.'s Gun Ban. He voted against legislation to repeal the D.C. gun ban/registration statute and restore the right of self-defense to law-abiding residents of our nation's capital.
