NRA-PVF Endorses Frank Guinta for U.S. House of Representatives in New Hampshire’s 1st Congressional District
Monday, September 20, 2010
Fairfax, Va. - The National Rifle Association
Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is endorsing Frank Guinta for
election to the U.S. House of Representatives in New Hampshire's
1st Congressional District this
November.
"We can count on Frank Guinta to defend the
Second Amendment freedoms of New Hampshire's law-abiding gun
owners, hunters and sportsmen," said Chris W. Cox, chairman of the
NRA-PVF. "Frank Guinta is the clear choice for gun owners in
this race."
Frank Guinta's commitment to preserving the
Second Amendment has earned him an "A" rating and endorsement
of the NRA-PVF.
Guinta supports national right-to-carry
reciprocity and efforts to reform the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco,
Firearms and Explosives. He opposes reenacting the failed
Clinton gun and magazine ban and believes sportsmen should have
access to federally-owned or administered lands for hunting,
fishing, trapping and recreational
shooting.
"Frank Guinta will be a strong voice in
fighting ongoing efforts by anti-gun politicians to dismantle the
Second Amendment," Cox concluded. "We ask all New Hampshire
gun-owners and hunters to vote Frank Guinta for Congress on
November 2nd."
Chris W. Cox is NRA's chief lobbyist. He also
serves as chairman of NRA-PVF. The National Rifle Association
Political Victory Fund is responsible for political candidate
rankings. These are based on candidate voting records, public
statements and responses to NRA-PVF
questionnaires.
