• Supports Pro-Gun Supreme Court Justices: Supports pro-Second Amendment nominees for the U.S. Supreme Court.
• Supports Right-to-Carry: Voted for the strongest Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation ever to come before the U.S. Congress, which would ensure that the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Government Blacklists: Opposes legislation that would deny persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage: Voted for the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreation Enhancement (SHARE) Act, a bill that would benefit sportsmen throughout North Dakota and the country.
• Supports Veterans’ Second Amendment Rights: Voted for legislation that would protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights. 
• Opposes Backdoor Gun Ban: Voted to strike down an Obama-era regulation that would have stripped Social Security recipients of their Second Amendment rights without due process.
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Firearm Transfers: Opposes the Pelosi/Schumer/Bloomberg so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms and which, according to the Obama Justice Department, is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.
• Opposes Semi-auto Ban: Opposes any ban on commonly owned semi-automatic firearms used for hunting, recreational shooting and self-defense.
• Opposes Operation Choke Point: Voted for legislation to end an abusive Obama-era program, known as Operation Choke Point, in which the Department of Justice intimidates banks into refusing or severing financial services to legally-operated ammunition and firearms dealers. 

Cramer’s opponent, Heidi Heitkamp, joined forces with Chuck Schumer and anti-gun liberals to vote against confirming Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. If Heidi Heitkamp wins, Dianne Feinstein could control the Judiciary Committee, Bernie Sanders could control the Budget Committee, and Chuck Schumer could control the entire U.S. Senate!
