The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed John Rutherford for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 4^th Congressional District of Florida. John is a staunch defender of the Second Amendment and has earned your vote by protecting your fundamental right to self-defense from those who attempt to eradicate it!

For the following reasons, John Rutherford has received our endorsement and “A” rating:

• Supports Right-to-Carry – Voted for the strongest Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation ever to come before the U.S. Congress, because we are all safer when the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Transfers – Voted against the so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms, which is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.
• Supports Veterans’ Second Amendment Rights – Voted for legislation that would protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights.
• Opposes Government Bans and Confiscation – Strongly opposes the Pelosi/Biden/Bloomberg plan to ban lawfully-owned semi-automatic firearms, magazines and ammunition commonly used for self-defense.

In contrast, John’s opponent, Donna Deegan, has received the worst possible rating, an “F”, from NRA-PVF for her staunch support of fanatical gun control. A vote for Deegan is a vote to annihilate the Second Amendment and eradicate your right to self-defense!
