The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Joe Heck for U.S. Senate in Nevada.  Joe has a proven pro-Second Amendment record and is committed to protecting your right to self-defense! 

• Supports Right-to-Carry: Joe cosponsored and voted for the National Right-to-Carry Reciprocity Act. This bill would ensure that law-abiding Americans with valid concealed handgun permits would be able to carry a concealed handgun in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.

• Opposes Anti-Gun Supreme Court Justices: Joe opposes anti-gun Supreme Court justices such as Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor.

• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage: Joe voted for the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreation Enhancement Act, a bill that would promote America’s hunting heritage and benefit sportsmen in Nevada and throughout the country.

• Opposes Operation Choke Point: Joe voted for legislation that would prohibit the Obama Administration from executing an abusive practice, known as Operation Choke Point, in which the Department of Justice intimidates banks into refusing or severing financial services to legally operated ammunition and firearms dealers. 

• Opposes UN Gun Ban Treaty: Joe signed multiple letters opposing any international treaty by the United Nations or other global organizations that would impose restrictions on American gun owners.

• Opposes Backdoor Gun Ban: Joe cosponsored the Social Security Beneficiary Second Amendment Rights Protection Act, which would protect millions of law-abiding citizens from bureaucratic abuse by the Obama Administration.

• Holder Contempt: Joe voted to hold former Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on both criminal and civil charges for the flawed and tragic Fast and Furious scandal.

• Opposes Ammo Ban: Joe signed a letter to the Obama administration opposing its blatant attempt to ban commonly used ammunition for the most popular rifle in America.

• Supports Interstate Transport of Firearms: Joe voted for legislation that would comprehensively address the interstate transportation of firearms and ammunition for hunters and law-abiding gun owners.

In contrast, his opponent, Catherine Cortez Masto, has received an “F” rating from NRA-PVF.  She opposes your Second Amendment rights and supports the Obama/Clinton/Bloomberg gun control agenda.

Joe Heck is the only candidate in this race who has stood strong against the Obama/Clinton/Bloomberg gun control agenda. Please vote Joe Heck for U.S. Senate in Nevada on or before Tuesday, November 8th!
