The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Joe Wilson for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 2nd Congressional District of South Carolina. Joe is a strong defender of the Second Amendment and has earned your vote by protecting your fundamental right to self-defense from those who attempt to eradicate it.

For the following reasons, Joe Wilson has received our endorsement and “A” rating:

• Supports Right-to-Carry – Voted for Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation, which would ensure that the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Supports Veterans’ Second Amendment Rights – Voted for legislation that would protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights. 
• Opposes Government Bans and Confiscation – Strongly opposes the Pelosi/Biden/Bloomberg plan to ban lawfully-owned semi-automatic firearms, magazines and ammunition commonly used for self-defense.
• Opposes Backdoor Gun Ban – Voted to repeal an Obama-era scheme that forced Social Security recipients to choose between their benefits and their Second Amendment right to possess a firearm.
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Firearm Transfers – Voted against the Pelosi/Biden/Bloomberg so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms, which is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage – Voted for legislation that would benefit sportsmen throughout South Carolina and the country.
• Opposes Government Blacklists – Opposes legislation denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.

In contrast, Joe’s opponent, Adair Boroughs, has received a “D” rating from NRA-PVF for supporting restrictive gun control legislation. A vote for Boroughs is a vote to keep anti-gun extremist Nancy Pelosi in control of Congress!

Again, please defend freedom by voting Joe Wilson for U.S. House on or before Tuesday, November 3rd, and encourage your family, friends and fellow gun owners to do the same!
