The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Jen Kiggans for the U.S. House of Representatives in the Tuesday, November 8, 2022, General Election in Virginia. Jen has a proven pro-Second Amendment record and she will stand strong against Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi’s radical gun control agenda.

For the following reasons, Jen has received our endorsement:

• Supports Self-Defense – Jen supports Right-to-Carry Reciprocity legislation, because we are all safer when the millions of law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Government Confiscation – Jen rejects the Biden/Pelosi schemes to implement red flag confiscation laws that allow for the seizure of firearms without due process. 
• Opposes Biden’s Gun Control Agenda – Jen opposes the Biden/Pelosi plan to ban lawfully-owned guns and magazines, create federal gun purchase waiting periods, and criminalize the private transfer of firearms.

In contrast, Elaine Luria has received the worst possible rating, an “F”, from NRA-PVF because she supports radical gun control and opposes your right to self-defense. Virginians deserve better than two more years of Elaine Luria’s failed policies.
