FAIRFAX, VA-The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is endorsing Congressman Patrick McHenry for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives in the 10th congressional district of North Carolina.
"Patrick McHenry has a perfect pro-gun voting record in Congress and is a great friend to gun owners in North Carolina," said Chris W. Cox. "On behalf of thousands of NRA members in North Carolina, the NRA Political Victory Fund is proud to endorse Congressman McHenry for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives."
During his tenure in Congress, Rep. McHenry voted to stop bogus lawsuits against gun manufacturers and dealers, to prohibit gun confiscation during states of emergency and to repeal the gun ban and restore self-defense rights to residents of the District of Columbia.
Congressman McHenry has also consistently supported the constitutional rights of law-abiding gun owners and sportsmen, demonstrating a strong commitment to the Second Amendment and our hunting heritage. McHenry's solidly pro-gun and pro-hunting voting record has earned him an "A" rating and endorsement from NRA-PVF.
"The choice is clear. Congressman Patrick McHenry's votes and actions have earned the trust and support of NRA members in North Carolina," concluded Cox. "We encourage our members and fellow hunters and shooters to vote for Patrick McHenry for Congress on Tuesday, May 6th."
