Supports Pro-Gun Judges
Sullivan votes for judges who respect and value freedom and the Second Amendment, including Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett.

Supports Alaskan Wildlife Management
Sullivan sponsored and voted for legislation to protect Alaskan sovereignty and overturn an Obama-era rule that federalized wildlife management.

Supports Right-to-Carry
Sullivan is a cosponsor of Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation, which would ensure that the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry. 

Opposes Semi-Auto Ban
Sullivan opposes Senator Dianne Feinstein’s failed semi-auto ban that would ban commonly owned firearms used for hunting, recreational shooting and self-defense. 

Opposes Criminalizing Private Transfers
Sullivan voted against the Schumer/Biden/Bloomberg so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms, which is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.

Opposes Backdoor Gun Ban
Sullivan voted to repeal an Obama-era scheme that forced Social Security recipients to choose between their benefits and their Second Amendment right to possess a firearm.

Opposes Government Blacklists
Sullivan voted against legislation denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.
