The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Paul Babeu for U.S. House in Arizona’s 1st Congressional District. Paul has a proven pro-Second Amendment record and is committed to protecting your gun rights! 

• Supports Right-to-Carry – Paul supports Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation, which would ensure that law-abiding Americans with the legal right to carry concealed would be able to carry their firearm for self-defense in any other state.
• Opposes Gun Control – Paul opposes the Obama/Bloomberg/Clinton agenda of banning guns, ammunition, magazines, and creating a so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms which, according to the Justice Department, is only enforceable through federal gun registration. 
• Opposes Operation Choke Point – Paul supports legislation that prohibits the Obama administration from executing an abusive practice in which Department of Justice intimidates banks into refusing or severing financial services to legally operated ammunition and firearms dealers. 
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage – Paul supports the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreation Enhancement Act that would benefit sportsmen throughout Arizona and the country.
• Opposes a Federal Gun Database – Paul opposes the ATF circumventing the will of Congress by centralizing records of thousands of Americans’ long gun purchases.
• Opposes Ammo Ban – Paul opposes the Obama administration’s flagrant attempt to ban commonly used ammunition for the most popular rifle in America.
• Supports Gun Shows – Paul opposes legislation that would effectively eliminate gun shows.
• Opposes Washington D.C.’s Gun Ban – Paul supports legislation to repeal Washington D.C.’s draconian gun control laws and restore the right of self-defense to law-abiding individuals in our nation’s capital.
• Opposes Gun Confiscation – Paul opposes gun confiscation during states of emergency, as happened after Hurricane Katrina.

In contrast, his opponent, Tom O’Halleran, has received a “?” rating from NRA-PVF.  He refused to answer the most basic questions regarding the Second Amendment and our fundamental right of self-defense, and he cannot be trusted to stand up to the Obama/Clinton/Bloomberg gun control agenda of banning guns, magazines, and ammunition.
