The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed David Valadao for U.S. House of Representatives in the 21st Congressional District. David has a proven pro-Second Amendment record and is committed to protecting your gun rights!

• Supports Right-to-Carry – David cosponsored the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act, legislation that would ensure that law-abiding Americans with valid concealed handgun permits would be able to carry a concealed handgun in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Gun Control – David opposes the Obama/Bloomberg/Clinton agenda of banning guns, ammunition, magazines, and creating a so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms which, according to the Justice Department, is only enforceable through federal gun registration.
• Opposes the U.N. Gun Ban Treaty – David signed a letter opposing any international treaty by the United Nations or other global organizations that would impose restrictions on American gun owners.
• Opposes Operation Choke Point – David voted for legislation that prohibits the Obama Administration from executing an abusive practice in which the Department of Justice intimidates banks into refusing or severing financial services to legally operated ammunition and firearms dealers. 
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage – David voted for the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreation Enhancement Act that would benefit sportsmen throughout California and the country.
• Opposes a Federal Gun Database – David opposes the ATF circumventing the will of Congress by centralizing records of thousands of Americans’ long gun purchases.
• Opposes Ammo Ban – David signed a letter to the Obama Administration opposing its flagrant attempt to ban commonly used ammunition for the most popular rifle in America.
• Supports Gun Shows – David opposes legislation that would effectively eliminate gun shows.
• Opposes Washington D.C.’s Gun Ban – David supports legislation to repeal Washington D.C.’s draconian gun control laws and restore the right of self-defense to law-abiding individuals in our nation’s capital.
• Opposes Gun Confiscation – David opposes gun confiscation during states of emergency, as happened after Hurricane Katrina.

In contrast, his opponent, Daniel Parra, has received a “?” rating from NRA-PVF.  He refused to answer the most basic questions regarding the Second Amendment and our fundamental right of self-defense, and he cannot be trusted to stand up to the Obama/Clinton/Bloomberg gun control agenda of banning guns, magazines, and ammunition. 

David Valadao is the only candidate in this race who has stood strong against the Obama/Clinton/Bloomberg gun control agenda, that’s why it’s critically important for you to vote David Valadao for U.S. House of Representatives in the 21st Congressional District on or before Tuesday, November 8th!
