The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Trey Hollingsworth for U.S. House of Representatives in Indiana’s 9th Congressional District. Trey is committed to protecting your gun rights! 

• Supports Right-to-Carry – Supports Concealed Carry Reciprocity legislation, which would ensure that law-abiding Americans with a valid concealed handgun permit are able to carry their concealed firearm in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry. 
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Transfers – Opposes the Clinton/Obama/Bloomberg “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms which, according to the Justice Department, is only enforceable through federal firearms registration.
• Opposes Government Blacklists – Opposes any legislation denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.
• Opposes Semi-Auto Ban – Opposes any ban on commonly owned semi-automatic firearms used for hunting, recreational shooting, and self-defense.
• Opposes a Federal Gun Database – Opposes ATF circumventing the will of Congress by centralizing records of thousands of Americans’ long gun purchases.
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage – Supports legislation that would benefit sportsmen in Indiana and throughout the country. 
• Supports Firearm Manufacturers and Dealers – Supports the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, a law that prevents the American gun industry from being sued into bankruptcy through frivolous lawsuits.
• Opposes Taxpayer Funded Gun Control – Opposes the use of taxpayer funds to promote gun control.

In contrast, his opponent, Shelli Yoder, has received a “?” rating from NRA-PVF. She refused to answer the most basic questions regarding the Second Amendment and our fundamental right of self-defense. For this reason, she cannot be trusted to stand up to President Obama, Hillary Clinton and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s gun control agenda of banning guns, magazines, and ammunition.
