The NRA Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) has endorsed Greg Murphy for U.S. House of Representatives in the 3^rd Congressional District of North Carolina. Greg Murphy has a proven pro-Second Amendment record and will stand strong against the Pelosi/Schumer/Bloomberg gun control agenda!

For the following reasons, Greg Murphy has received our endorsement and “A” rating:

• Supports Right-to-Carry: In the North Carolina General Assembly, he voted for “Constitutional Carry” legislation, which would allow law-abiding citizens to carry a concealed handgun in North Carolina. He also strongly supports Right-to-Carry reciprocity legislation, which would ensure that the nearly 20 million law-abiding Americans who can carry a concealed firearm in their home state are able to do so in any other state that does not prohibit concealed carry.
• Opposes Semi-auto Ban: Opposes any ban on commonly owned semi-automatic firearms used for hunting, recreational shooting, and self-defense.
• Opposes Criminalizing Private Firearm Transfers: Opposes the Pelosi/Schumer/Bloomberg so-called “universal” background check system that would criminalize the private transfer of firearms which, according to the Justice Department, is only enforceable through federal firearms registration. 
• Supports Veterans’ Second Amendment Rights: Supports legislation that would protect veterans’ Second Amendment rights. 
• Opposes Government Blacklists: Opposes legislation denying persons on secret government lists their Second Amendment right to purchase or own a firearm without due process.
• Supports America’s Hunting Heritage: Voted for an amendment to the North Carolina Constitution that affirms the right of the public to hunt, fish and harvest wildlife, as well as voted to expand hunting opportunities on public land in North Carolina.
