Vote to Re-Elect Ryan Williams in House District 42 Primary

An obscure gun group with dubious motives recently sent out a deceptive letter to voters in House District 42, attacking incumbent State Rep. Ryan Williams’ record on Second Amendment issues.  These so-called “pro-second amendment groups,” are unhelpful to our cause and often use these tactics as a way to fill their pockets.

The misleading attack ad knowingly and flagrantly lies about the FACTS!  NRA endorsed and “A+” rated Ryan Williams is a strong protector of our Second Amendment rights and hunting heritage, and needs your vote to win.

Ryan Williams SUPPORTS Governor Bill Lee’s Constitutional Carry legislation.  This legislation recognizes the right of law-abiding Tennessean’s to carry a firearm for self-defense without needing to first obtain a government-mandated permit to do so.

Ryan Williams also supported legislation to provide an online concealed carry permitting process to make it easier for law-abiding citizens to access a permit.  This measure provided a more affordable, accessible option for those citizens who wish to protect themselves in a self-defense situation.

Groups that attack defenders of the Second Amendment like Ryan Williams do a disservice to the pro-gun community and usually have an agenda unrelated to protecting your rights.  On Thursday, August 6, support the candidate in the Republican Primary for Tennessee House District 42 who has a proven record of fighting for our rights.  Please vote to re-elect Ryan Williams and encourage your family, friends and fellow gun owners to do the same.
